"My mother has been in the Memory Care facility at Discovery Village for a year now. The level of care they provide is outstanding! They’re on top of all her medications, Glaucoma eye drops and maintaining her oxygen tanks. The residents can sign up with a Geriatrics practice as their PCP that will make rounds every week; if your loved one needs X-rays, blood work, etc it can all be done in the convenience of their own room. The staff is delightful and easy to partner with. The facility is beautiful and kept real clean."

The facility is very clean and my mom receives fantastic care. Kim has worked tirelessly to adjust her meds and advocate for her healthcare with hospice.
